Blue Prism and all you need to know regarding the Exam Registration process.

It’s becoming the biggest thing in the industry right now. Everyone just wants to be apart of the RPA (Robotics,Process Automation) wave. And it’s sweeping the world as we speak.

Here I’m going to list out a bit of key info when it comes to getting certified and prepped for the Developers Exam.

I’m going to include some very helpful links on where to go and what accounts need to be created so that you don’t have to scour the internet in search of answers.

Some excerpt from Blue Prism regarding the Pearson Vue account

VUE Account

To register for an exam you will need to have a web account with Pearson Vue.

To create a Pearson Vue web account you will need to have a valid Blue Prism Portal account.

Your logon username on the bp portal should be your Portal ID.

To do this please visit Blue Prism :: Pearson VUE and select Create Account from the right hand side of the screen.

When creating an account with Pearson Vue you will be asked to provide your

Portal ID, First name and Last name as they appear in the Blue Prism Portal.

Blue Prism regularly synchronizes its Portal user data with Pearson Vue. If when creating a Pearson Vue account your details are not recognized please bear in mind that it could take up to 48 hours for your account data to migrate over to Pearson Vue following the creation of your Portal account. If you are unsure of your Portal ID log into the Blue Prism Portal and navigate to the My Account page to confirm your Portal ID.

If you are having difficulties creating a Pearson Vue account please contact training@blueprism.com providing your portal ID, first name, last name and name of the exam you wish to sit.

Registering for an Exam -Prices may vary. In Mar 2018 ($75 or roughly R1070.48)

Once you have a Pearson Vue web account you will be able to register for any exams for which you qualify. You will need to choose your exam, exam test centre, date of exam and time of exam.

When registering for an exam you will only be presented with the exams for which you are eligible. The APD01 and ASD01 exams have exam pre-requisites. If you believe you are eligible for these exams but they are not listed

please contact training@blueprism.com providing your portal ID, first name, last name and name of the exam you wish to sit.

After you schedule your exam, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email detailing your exam date, your exam time, the address and phone number of the test centre and directions to the test centre.
